I skipped the 5-mile easy run and did the 8-mle tempo one instead, so now I'm back on schedule. I ran along Elliot Bay again. Not much else to say today...

I decided to set up this blog to keep track of my training regiment using a GPS training watch, the Garmin Forerunner. I run and ride a road bike long-distance for fun (thus the title of this blog is somewhat of an exaggeration :-) and to keep in shape. Most of the maps on this blog were generated by gpsvisualizer.com and are in the Puget Sound area.
