Ran on the treadmill today at the gym. My mileage breakdown was:

Mile 0-.5: 6.0mph (10:00 minutes/mile)
Mile .5-1.0: 7.0mph (9:13)
Mile 1.0-4.0: 8.0mph (7:30)
Mile 4.0-5.0: 8.5mph (7:04)
Mile 5.0-5.7: 8.0mph
Mile 5.7-5.95: 7.0mph
Mile 5.95-6.2: 6.0mph

Total: 10k (6.2mi) Run (48:44; 7:51 min./mi. pace); 700 cal.
