I wasn't feeling that great this morning and was only going to run 10k but after 5 miles I was better and pushed it to 10 miles. I figured that if I do a hard run today, I'll take it easy tomorrow, take Friday off, and then do a short run on Saturday before the half-marathon race on Sunday. I was hoping to accomplish two goals today: go under an hour at 9 miles, and under 1:07:00 for 10. Unfortunately I did neither. I was 2 or 3 seconds over an hour, and my final time was 1:07:18. This was still my fastest time this year, but it's not really good considering that it's only a 6:43 pace. To extend that pace to a marathon would be impossible for me right now, so I really have no idea how I can run it under 3 hours. I give my self maybe a 25% chance at this point...

Total: 10mi Run (1:07:18; 6:43 pace)
