I took yesterday off - my legs were a little sore from the 33 mile ride on Monday. Today I planned on running 5 miles along the waterfront. But the weather was about 10-15 degrees colder than forecasted. It was only in the low 60s and cloudy - perfect weather for running. I felt pretty good so decided to go past the Magnolia Bridge and kept going 'til I hit 3.1 miles which would make my total run 10km or 6.2 miles. I pushed hard the last mile because I wanted to make the 10k under 45 minutes. I did 10.03 km in 44:59 :-). Average speed turned out to be 7:12 min./mile - not great, but OK for a training run.

Total: 6.24m (10.03km) Run; 731 calories; 144 lb. after workout
