Well, it's been a couple of weeks since the last work out. I went to
Livestrongrrrrl's gym in NYC. I did light stretches prior to a 5k run on the treadmill. I ran at a slow pace, 7.0mph, on purpose as this was just a test run to see how the knee is doing. No pain, but a very slight tingly sensation afterwards. So again, I'll take it easy the next couple of weeks to hopefully assure a full recovery.
