I went to a gym this morning here in Nashville, it's called
The Club at Westside. It's a very nice gym. It's huge by Seattle standards (much bigger than
Rain Fitness for example) but not nearly as big as
Chelsea Piers in NYC.
I ran a 10k on the treadmill. Here's my breakout:
