I did the same run as yesterday. I'm getting more motivated now to run pretty much everyday. That's because I've decided to run the 111th Boston Marathon on April 16th. I just barely qualified for it last year at the Vancouver Marathon.

My running schedule will be based on the one that's in The Runner's World Complete Book of Running for Beginners. In it, there are three marathon preperation schedules--each one has a daily schedule for 16 weeks--based on running difficulty. I'll probably pick the medium one but I'm not sure yet. I'll post it in the next week.

There are 12 weeks to go. I'm really looking forward to this one!

Total: 5.08mi Run
