A slow and short run today. I almost wasn't going to go, but it was good to get the heart rate up a bit. I remember reading that endurance starts to decrease after 24 hours of not exercising...

I decided to set up this blog to keep track of my training regiment using a GPS training watch, the Garmin Forerunner. I run and ride a road bike long-distance for fun (thus the title of this blog is somewhat of an exaggeration :-) and to keep in shape. Most of the maps on this blog were generated by gpsvisualizer.com and are in the Puget Sound area.
