An easy run today early in the morning today -- haven't done a run this early in a VERY long time. A little cool, about 50 degrees, but it felt comfortable because it was sunny and the air crisp. You can see the elevation graph up close if you click on the image. The start of this regular run of mine that goes along Puget Sound is a hill -- I live about 200 feet above the water on the top of a steep hill. I think it's definitely safe from a tsunami. Actually I don't even know if the past tsunamis that have hit the west Pacific coast, including Washington state, have reached Seattle. Worth looking into...

Total: 4.60 mi Run; ~450 calories (113 shown because the Forerunner was set for biking and I forgot to switch it to run mode; 144 lb.
