Went to the gym today. I was going to do the standard 5k, but felt pretty good after the first mile so I went for 5 miles, which by the way is not that easy for me on the treadmill; as I mentioned before, it can get quite boring and after about half an hour I start feeling like a lab rat. Here's the breakdown of the treadmill speed I ran:
Mile 1: 6.0 mph
Mile 2: 7.0
Miles 3&4: 8.0
Mile 5: 7.0 and 6.0

Total: 5.0mi (+.25mi cooldown); approx. 43 minutes; 600 cal; 144.5 lb.
