Well, fall is definitely here. Since the clouds rolled in on Wednesday afternoon, it has been gray, and raining intermittently. Before then, it’s been sunny almost every day for the past two months or so. Now it’s cool and gray—and it will be so for the next couple of months with the sun piercing through the clouds only seldom. But, I actually like seasonal changes… And even if the weather is comparatively bad, I can always go to the gym—which is exactly what I did today. I ran the standard 5k then did 5 miles on the bike in 15 minutes while watching the Yankees / Red Sox game. Boston was up 2-1 in the 4th I think by the time I finished.
