So, the knee is not a 100% as I had a slight but noticable pain today after about a 4.5mile run along Elliot Bay [no pain yesterday after a mile run back from work]. I plant to run again in a few days to test it out again, but it doesn't look good, at least for now. I plan on icing it after each run and possibly buying a knee brace. I'm going to try cycling later this week to see if the knee hurts while I bike. I'm betting it won't because it felt fine when I biked at the gym.

Total: 4.67mi Run; 495 cal.
