I skipped a workout yesterday because my knee was feeling off a bit. I took an Advil last night and along with the rest, it helped. I was going to do an easy 4-5 mile run today, but again, I felt pretty good so I pushed myself to a 6 minute pace for about 3 miles, and ended up going over 10k. I think this might have been the last really hard run before the marathon. There's an 8-miler on Sunday and a 4-mile tempo run on Wednesday. That's about it...
