Today was "tempo" day--I once again ran in intervals of one fast mile followed by one slow mile. The difference today was that I started the fast mile on a slight uphill and pushed it to 10 miles.

Mile 1: 7:08 (slow)
Mile 2: 6:29 (fast)
Mile 3: 7:06
Mile 4: 5:56
Mile 5: 7:18
Mile 6: 6:08
Mile 7: 7:39
Mile 8: 6:07
Mile 9: 7:34
Mile 10: 7:01

Total: 10mi (1:08:30; 6:51 min./mi. pace) + .59mi = 10.59mi Run
