I'm on vacation in Vancouver, Canada. It's been pretty cold and raining every day here for a while, thus not many opportunities for outdoor recreational activities. I went to the gym at the Hyatt hotel where I stayed at for a short run. A very small gym for a huge hotel, but the equipment was good and the LifeFitness treadmill even had a TV screen embedded in it.

Total: 2.0 mi Run; ??? cal.; ??? lb.
